For post-graduation work permits, holders must provide proof of their academic credentials (degrees/diplomas), whereas eligible candidates must have a current work permit for their specific employment.

You may apply for a job in any industry that matches your previous work experience and falls under National Occupational Classification (NOC) skill levels 0, A, B, C, and D.

Education
Applicants who qualify must have finished high school in their own country of origin. Holders of Post-Graduation Work Permits are subject to additional education and employment standards specific to their field of study in Alberta.

The Express Entry Stream for Alberta accepts candidates who meet the requirements of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry programme.
